LucasWorks is currently assisting a company in Ingersoll, Ontario in their recruit for a Maintenance Technician on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications include:
- previous maintenance experience and mechanical aptitude
- previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- basic knowledge in hydraulics is preferred
- previous fabrication and CNC experience
- flexibility to work two shifts with guaranteed overtime hours
- good communication and work ethics

This is a position for someone who is not afraid to get dirty and work in a fast pace environment.  Someone who takes initiative to work with the maintenance team to get the work done would thrive in this type of environment.
