Our client in Woodstock is currently looking for Level 1 Technical Support Analysts!Qualifications: :- Superior customer service- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a technical support, Level 1 Help desk, call centre environment - Exceptional telephone etiquette, must be fluent in English (oral and written) - Must be flexible to work any shift including evenings, midnights, Saturday's and holidays and possibly split shifts - Post-secondary education in a computer-related environment AND/OR working knowledge of windows operating system - Experience with the following programs: Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari and Mozilla Firefox as well as Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail - Strong understanding of domains and DNS- Good understanding of all basic company products and services and how to troubleshoot - Must have valid G2 driver’s license
