Assistant, Learning Support Services (1.0 FTE, 12 month)

 
LOCATION:                                           Education Centre
 HOURS OF WORK:                              8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Subject to Article 15.01(b))                   
RATE OF PAY:                                       $17.91 - $21.48 per hour                                                                                                                 
DUTIES TO COMMENCE:                     As soon as possible
 
JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant, Learning Support Services provides secretarial and administrative support within Learning Support Services to a number of Learning Coordinators who have responsibility for program development in curriculum or special education. Duties of the incumbent will vary according to the responsibility of the Learning Coordinators.

 QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent with business and keyboarding skills (50 w.p.m.) The ability to use Word and Excel is also required. Selected candidates must successfully complete a practical skills assessment.
