We are continually searching for the best talent; individuals who possess a deep commitment to the customers and markets we serve. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Solutions Specialist to join our London, Ontario office who would like to join a company that has created a unique working atmosphere that offers challenge, purpose and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Solutions, in this exciting opportunity, you will undertake the following:

1. Customer Relationships Management
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing customers by providing support and guidance, product and process information, and acting as a main point of contact for communication, escalations, requests to ensure exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Conduct onsite client process investigations to understand client’s internal processes, identify gaps and assist in the development of new solutions while identifying potential new revenue opportunities
• Develop a clear understanding and awareness of the designated market/area by conducting regular SWOT analysis
• Document client interactions such as meetings, activities, and events using industry best practices

2. Driving Revenue
• Work directly with the Business Development Team to pursue new business opportunities and identify additional revenue sources within existing client relationships
• Strive to help the Business Development Team hit revenue targets by working together to achieve goals
• Contribute to the overall Business Development Team effort by proactively sharing best practices and working collaboratively with members of cross functional teams and internal partners to identify creative opportunities for new business
• Aggressively develop and maintain new and existing relationships with various target audiences to help grow sales and identify new business opportunities
• Proactively realign sales strategies to anticipate changing economic conditions in order to identify and capture opportunities

3. Product, Process and Industry Knowledge
• Ability to answer customer’s questions by participating in sales meetings, company training sessions, and reviewing internal communications for program changes and/or enhancements
• Provide training for products and services to new and existing clients, business partners and third party vendors using various methods (i.e. onsite, webinar, teleconference etc.)
• Facilitate and attend Summits and Advisory Boards with clients and business partners to stay on top of industry changes and trends
• Attend conferences and live networking events to stay current in the industry, conduct in-person networking and help market FCT-DS’ products and services
• Develop awareness of industry competitors and share relevant information with the Business Development Team

4. Maintaining Operational Excellence
• Conduct onsite Business Reviews with clients to track progress, identify new areas of opportunity and ways to drive additional revenue
• Provide demonstrations of FCT-DS products/offering/services for new and potential clients during business development opportunities
• Act as a key driver in ensuring successful new client implementations by working with internal FCT-DS teams, clients, business partners and third parties vendors as required
• Organize project, ticket and meetings with clients and FCT-DS internal teams to stay on top of evolving business needs and maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction

Requirements
• Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in a Customer Facing Solutions role, experience with Sales, Collections, Insolvency or related industry experience as asset
• “Passion to Serve” customer focus with the ability to prospect, create leads, grow the business and manage accounts while fostering close account relationships and generating new sales to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Self-motivated, assertive, able to learn quickly, take initiative and work independently
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with cross functional teams with both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously; work in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
• University or College Diploma
• Bilingual, French/English an asset
• This position involves travel up to 20% per year within North America
