As part of the Maintenance team, the painter reports to the Facility Services Leadership Team. The painter is responsible for preparing, painting or finishing a variety of surfaces inside and outside schools and other Board sites.  The incumbent also performs general maintenance work. The painter will be familiar with Fire Code and Safety Regulations provide cost estimates and prioritize work orders.
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Current Province of Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a Painter and Decorator; Valid Driver’s license; 2 ½ years Residential and Commercial experience an asset; the ability to carry out verbal and written instructions; and be physically fit to carry out the duties of the position in a safe and efficient manner.

Rate Of Pay: $24.84 per hour
Plus a pension plan and comprehensive Employer paid group benefit plans.
Hours of Work: 1500 - 2300
Location: Woodstock
Start Date:  As soon as possible
