Job Description

On behalf of our client in London, ON, we are recruiting for a full time
Office Administrator on an evaluation hire basis.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
  • Working with customers, suppliers and other contractors over the phone
  • Update online work calendars and schedules
  • Place orders and receive incoming shipments
  • Receive and appropriately distribute incoming mail
  • Create estimates and invoicing using QuickBooks online
  • Routine filing and upkeep of the office
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events and conferences
  • Assist with other office duties in support of the team as required
Key Qualifications:
  • Completion of a College Diploma preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Advanced computer skills including managing email account and invoicing
  • Exceptional organizational skills with special attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize, organize and accomplish workload within set timelines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills with a desire for continuous learning
 
Compensation: $14.00-$18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
