We are looking for an innovative dynamic leader with demonstrated organizational management skills to support the continued growth and development of Childreach.  As Executive Director, you will report to the Board of Directors and support our strategic direction and vision.  As Executive Director, you will be responsible for:
 

• All human resource management including hiring, supervising, and mentoring
• Ensuring the long-term viability and sustainability of operations
• Identifying, building and managing collaborative relationships and strategic partnerships for future growth

Desired Skills and Experience
This role requires proven operational expertise, business planning and project management skills, and prudent administration of funds. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities, and experience working with a Board of Directors.  A demonstrated ability to encourage innovation and productive collaboration is required.

Education
Required: University Degree
Preferred: University Degree at the Masters level in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Administration, Education, Social Services or equivalent
