Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist on an evaluation hire basis.  The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual who is focused on customer service and able to perform sales activities in a strong team-based environment.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Develop sales opportunity by working directly with buyers and present new customer opportunities
• Provide excellent Customer Service to optimize every customer contact
• Provide problem solving support to meet the client’s needs
• Effectively liaise with other members of the team and outside suppliers
• Work directly with the quality coordinator to ensure quality requirements are met for all business segments
• Ensure all key performance indicator targets are met

 
Qualifications:
 

• Minimum 2 year College Diploma
• Minimum 3-5 Years in an a customer service or sales position, with knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical areas
• Must be able to interact professionally with co-workers and clients
• Show initiative, reliability and a positive team attitude
• Excellent organization, time-management, administrative and computer skills
• Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
• High level of efficiency with MS Office

 
Hours: Monday – Friday day time
 
Compensation: $15.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
