Spa Receptionist & Retail Associate

Fayez Spa is seeking experienced and driven Spa Receptionist & Retail Associate to join our team. Voted 2022 Consumer Choice Day Spa in the greater London region for 10 years running, Fayez Spa is a 9,500 sq.ft. wellness retreat that maintains the highest sterilization and customer service standards in the industry and offers an extensive menu of aesthetic spa services, registered massage, body treatments, hair services and more.

The successful candidate will be an energetic, extroverted, cheerful professional who is an articulate multi-tasker, respectful of both clientele and colleagues, and demonstrates the ability to think on his/her feet while focusing on the ultimate customer care.

Preference will be given to applicants who are computer-literate, and/or have knowledge of Milano Spa booking software or have previous experience in hospitality.
