Job Description
The Part-time Bookkeeper job is a part-time hourly contract position (approximately 20hr per week). Days and hours of work are negotiable and flexible. He/she will be responsible for general bookkeeping and junior accounting disciplines including but not limited to the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Credit card statements sorting, receipt matching, analysis, and coding
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents
- Accounts payable invoice sorting, data input/processing, filing
- Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets
- AccPac (SAGE 300 ERP) experience an asset
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
