Job Description

High paced student rental company is looking for an administrator. This is not a 9-5 job, you will mainly be working rotating shifts morning, afternoons & evenings and sometimes on the weekend. Our office is open from 9:30am – 8:30pm, 7 days per week. Our front office staff take rotating schedules & shifts that will be mornings & 1 day on the weekend and then shift to afternoons/evening the next week. Approx work week is min 35hrs to 45hrs. 

We require a person who can self-motivate and take on responsibilities without direct supervision and has a flexible schedule. You will be dealing with tenants & owners on a day-to-day basis. This is a very fast paced environment and can be quite demanding due to the multitude of tasks at hand. 


Job Summary 

> Work as part of a goal oriented team in a fast paced environment 
> Be able to manage tasks independently and as part of a team. 
> Answer calls and respond to issues directly 
> Prepare lease applications and complete leasing documents 
> Take responsibility for office duties 
> Feel comfortable learning new software 
> Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) 


What’s in it for you?
