We’re hiring a Part-time Accounting Clerk for our client, a not-for-profit, community-based, accredited agency that supports children, youth and families in London-Middlesex and Chatham-Kent.  Our client offer excellent compensation and supportive work environments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage all accounting functions
  • Create reports and manage month-end activities
  • Processing AP/AR
  • Managing Banking and General Ledgers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Performing month and year ends
  • Account analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 years of experience in an accounting/bookkeeper role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and standard accounting software
  • Highly organized and analytical, with outstanding attention to detail
  • Proactive and team-focused, with a willingness to take on new challenges
     
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
