Job Description

We are currently recruiting to fill a Customer Service Representative job opportunity in London, ON for a one year contract.   As a Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality as they will be the front-line contact for our client's customers and external sales force.  The payrate for this role is $15/hr.

The job responsibilities of this Customer Service Representative job includes:
- Prepare sales orders, invoicing, and warehouse and shipping documentation
- Greet and assist walkin customers
- Communicate with customers via email and fax
- Handle customer complaints

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication
- Must have previous customer service experience, ideally in industrial supplies
- Must be highly organized in all aspects of the job including email inbox and files
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills with MS Office
- Strong problem solving skills
