Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician

A majority of our work is performed during the night and early morning
(after restaurants and other commercial facilities we service are closed). 
Technician must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
Show up on time, read and understand safety and work procedures.
Mechanical experience is a plus

Job duties include:

• Power washing of kitchen exhaust system including hoods, ducts, filters
and exhaust fans.
• Climb ladders to gain rooftop access in commercial and industrial,
establishments.
• Setup and take down of all equipment at the job site, including wiping
down of stainless steel hoods, operating wet/dry vacuums, high pressure
hoses, pre-sprayers, ladders, hanging plastic sheeting, etc.
• Maintain and report any deficiencies of equipment.
• Communicate with customers, work together on a team and take direction
from team leader.
