Brescia is seeking an experienced and skilled person to fill a fulltime opportunity as:
PROJECT MANAGER
Reporting to the Director of Facilities Management, the primary responsibilities for this position include: planning the projects in terms of creating a detailed work plan; determining the required resources, including the budget, needed for completing the project; establishing a schedule for project completion; and ensuring the project follows the approved schedule by monitoring the progress and quality of work and ensuring that resources required for the project are being used effectively and efficiently.
Our ideal candidate will have a diploma in Architectural Technology in addition to having a Project Management certificate along with three to five years of experience in Industrial construction, Commercial construction, Institutional construction, renovation, interior and space planning. The incumbent will be able to demonstrate competence in leadership with strong organizational, problem solving, and decision making skills. Advanced proficiency in operating computer-assisted design systems (AutoCAD) and MS Office Suite is required. You will also possess well developed written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to show creativity and innovation as you manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
