Greenhouse Labourer
Full time permanent position
Talbotville, Ontario (Rural location)

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Handling vegetable seedlings throughout production, performing tasks such as seeding, transplanting, staking, shipping, material handling and cleaning.
- Operate farm equipment.
- Physical labour, repetitive bending over at the waist to tend to vegetable seedlings.
- Physical tasks include bending, lifting 20-30 lbs, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate various types of equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Physical Location/Working Conditions
- Greenhouse environment in rural area, own transportation required.
- Repetitive tasks, combination of standing, bending, walking, crouching.
Wage
- $14.25 per hour, 35– 55 hours per week, shifts may vary between day and evening.
