OES Technologies
OES Technologies produces in-process monitoring and inspection technologies used to ensure the quality of manufacturing processes. Our products help our customers eliminate part defects during the production process, improve quality, and reduce waste. Applications of our products include processes typically found in automotive and white goods manufacturing such as metal forming, fastening, and assembly. Technology solutions can be retrofitted onto existing machines or integrated directly into new machines. OES Technologies products are sold and supported globally through an established network of independent distributors in over 12 countries with 2 OES support offices in Switzerland and Shanghai. Opportunity
The Technologies Analyst supports the Sales and Marketing team for OES technologies division by providing administrative and technical support and by maintaining excellent relationships with OES customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction. The Technologies Analyst will help existing and new potential customers understand and troubleshoot OES products and application to maximize sales by providing ongoing logistics and technical support to the customers

Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts and validate pricing against quote or standard OES pricing.
- Enter all sales/PO’s into system and maintain updated monthly sales tracking against sales target
- Follow-up with production on delivery schedule and manage communication to set correct expectations internally and externally.
- Collaborate with Shipping/Logistics Coordinator regarding any specific customer shipping instructions
- Collect and report on customer feedback/concerns and follow up on open quotations and manage customer responses/follow-ups
- Organize and support tradeshows (including display, products, marketing materials and travel arrangements) and attend as required. Some travel may be required
- Participate during the R&D, engineering design and production stages for any new products.
- Create RMAs for product returns and ensure they are being dealt on by assigned person in a timely manner
- Ensure solid understanding and provide customer support on new product features / function testing
- Conduct research to generate quality business leads in order to target potential business opportunities.
- Build a strong quality pipeline of opportunities.
- Create and update product documentation, manuals, application notes, , etc. as required.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Electrical, and/or Electronic field of study would be an asset
- 2+ years of relevant experience, previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Ability to remain organized and keep files and documents up-to-date.
- Ability to keep a flexible schedule along with strong multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
- Knowledge of general Office Management and administration practices.
- Strong understanding of electronic design principles
