Talentcor London is recruiting a Human Resources Manager for our client, a multi-national manufacturing organization. This position is a permanent opportunity.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all Employee Relations, Recruitment and Health and Safety. This also includes overseeing the hourly and salary payroll department.

- Leads daily activities of Positive Employee Relations Program
- Maintains manning levels through retention & recruitment practices
- Supervises H&S/ISO Coordinator
- Conducts Employee Communication Programs
- Supervises Payroll Coordinator
Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Services or Organizational Behaviour
- HRPAO/CHRP designation
- Minimum 10 years leadership experience leading HR services in automotive or related industry
- Global HR exposure
