Administrative Assistant (LAA) Profile

 
ROLE SUMMARY
 
The LAA is a key member of our team as we help our clients achieve lifetime financial security. As an integral part of the success of Mark Jordan Financial Services, you will have six critical areas of focus:
 
  • Create weekly call lists, calling clients for annual and semi-annual appointments.   Mine insurance clients for potential sales appointments, etc. Keeping Mark’s calendar filled with client appointments is the most important aspect of this position.  Salesforce notes must be concise with previous appointments and future scheduling.
  • Gain advanced understanding of all Sun Life software, ieSalesforce, SunVision, etc. and sharing that knowledge with advisor and staff.  Successful candidates must have the ability to trouble shoot, software issues and liaison with head office specialists if needed.
  • Prepare files for advisor appointments:  Adhering to SNLF compliance and office procedures, when maintaining files and file room.
  • Handle in-force business issues as assigned.  Maintain complete notes in our client data system, documenting every client interaction on their behalf or conversation with head office.
  • Maintain knowledge of and adherence to compliance & office procedures.
  • Ideal candidate would be Mutual fund and Life Licensed or be willing to obtain licences immediately.

  • Advanced computer and keyboarding skills. Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft office programs
