We  are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to bring their sales expertise and passion to the organization.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:
  • Driving membership engagement and retention within an assigned book of businesses to achieve monthly revenue and growth targets.
  • Facilitating discovery and consultative-based conversations with members to achieve business/HR objectives; determining customer requirements and expectations and recommending HRdownloads’ solutions for growth within the account.
  • Presenting solutions and training members on functionality to increase engagement and utility.
  • Identifying member needs, pain-points and challenges and converting into opportunities.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on HRdownloads’ products and services.
  • Educating clients on functionality, features and benefits of products and services to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

As an Account Manager you will be expected to meet and exceed monthly targets by upgrading and renewing member accounts. In return HRdownloads will provide you:
  • A highly competitive salary and lucrative performance-based commission structure. With no cap on commissions the on-target-earnings of a successful Account Manager is $100,000 per year.

Educational and Experience Requirements
 
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • The ability to thrive and produce results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to leverage online tools in order to facilitate the sales process.
  • Previous experience selling business services or products to all levels within an organization is considered an asset.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or other related field.
