Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist
London, ON
 
 
SRG is recruiting immediately for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for our client in downtown London.  This is a contract position with the potential for permanent hire for the right individual.
 
 
General Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintain relationships with clients – proactive in their foreseeable needs
  • Conduct client investigations – analyzing gaps and developing solutions
  • Pursue new business opportunities – identity additional resources within existing clients
  • Working with team members to reach sales goals and brainstorming creative business opportunities
  • Provide training for products/services for new/existing clients – becoming the SME for customer inquiries
  • Facilitate and attend necessary summits/trade shows – being aware of market changes
  • Tracking business progress with clients
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Must be fully bilingual – Verbal and written
  • 3-5 years experience in a customer service specialist role (sales, collections, bankruptcy, related experience an asset)
  • University degree or college diploma
  • Able to create leads, obtain/maintain clients and generate new and existing sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and IE
  • Able to provide legendary customer service to clients
  • Team player attitude who takes initiative –  self starter and  motivated to develop professionally
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to organize time and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills – verbal and written
  • Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check
 
 
Compensation:
 
  • $17/hr + 4% vacation pay – direct deposit, paid weekly
