Accounting Coordinator-Payables
 
StarTech.com is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate Office in London Ontario.

This is a full time position with competitive compensation, bonus potential, and benefit plan.
 
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the Accounts Payable function in day to day activities as well as providing support to the overall Finance team for varying projects.
  
We are looking for an individual who: 
  • Works collaboratively and enjoys being part of a team
  • Is results driven and has a strong desire and ability to learn new things
  • Enjoys providing excellent customer service
  • Can learn software and follow the processes and procedures of the Finance team 
Previous experience in the following would be an asset: 
  • Experience with finance and accounting tasks and tools (ACCPAC or SAP a definite asset)
  • Exposure to invoices, aging reports, purchase orders and vendor accounts
  • Analyzing financial information to properly escalate anomalies
  • Post Secondary education
