Our Integrated Recovery Services area is a highly specialized Creditor’s Rights department responsible for high volume commercial and consumer debt recovery legal work.  In our continuing efforts to meet and service client needs, we have an immediate opening for a full time Litigation Law Clerk. This is a highly focused role with an emphasis on unsecured debt recovery work.  The successful candidate will have obtained a Law Clerk diploma, have at least 3 years’ experience in clerking and the skills to manage a litigation portfolio.  A strong litigation background with the ability to negotiate settlements and draft Small Claims Court and Superior Court documents is essential.
