Convergys total compensation includes:
•$500 New Hire Bonus!
•$11.50/hr to start
•Increase to $11.75 after 90 days
•Annual performance based increases
•Monthly attendance bonus: up to $160/month
•Monthly commission program: average earnings $150 -$200 per month

FULL-TIME HOURS!
• Minimum 30 hours per week, guaranteed.
• 35–40 hour week very typical
