We are recruiting Full Time Crew Leads to join our team.

You will find success based on your ability to:

• Carefully operate (drive, park, load, transport, unload, dump) large moving and junk removal vehicles
• Appropriately and competitively estimate and close job when arriving to the job site
• Communicate efficiently with the client (Explain pricing, overages, time, or general procedures)
• Prepare and maintain a precise log book
• Communicate professionally to our staff and our customers
• Manage and problem solve any onsite client issues that may arise
• Complete invoice and collect payment at the end of each job
• Lift repeatedly items over 50 lbs.
• Frequent travel to different job sites around the region (transportation provided)
• Maintain a clean “G” class driver’s license
• Lead a small team of 2 to 4 employees

Job requirements:

• Previous moving and/or removal experience
• Teamwork skills
• Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
• Demonstrate ability to deal with change, make decisions and implement solutions
• Repetitive, heavy lifting
• We value employees that have Tenacity                                                                                     
• High school diploma
• Own transportation 
• Shifts include weekends

We offer:

• $15 - $16 per hour
