We currently have the following career opportunity:
 

Billings Administrator – Home Oxygen Program (full-time)

ProResp Corporate Office, London

 

An experienced individual is required to process billings and accounts receivable for our operations group. As part of the Finance team at the corporate head office, you will be responsible for ensuring billings are submitted to the Ministry of Health – Home Oxygen Program on a regular basis, maintain the accuracy and integrity of the invoicing database, process reports and changes to accounts receivable, as well as other support functions.

 

Preferred skills and abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in billings processing and accounts receivable

  • Excellent skills with MS Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to prepare and analyze various reports

  • Superior attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

  • Proven time management skills

  • Deadline oriented and organized

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Experience in a multiple location environment

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the team

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service (internally and externally)


    Considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in billings, bookkeeping and/or accounts receivable
  • Previous experience working within a pressured, high volume role

  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment

     

    Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Some flexibility in hours will be required to meet business needs.

    Education: College Diploma preferred.

    Language Requirements: Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.
