ONE CARE Home & Community Support Services has partnered with Prime Management Group Inc. in the exciting search effort of an energetic, driven, and proven Manager, Operations - Community Support Programs to join their growing team!
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager, Operations - Community Support Programs (which includes adult day programs, transportation, nutrition and respite programs, etc.) will lead the development and oversight of assigned community support programs in accordance with the organization’s policies and philosophies. This highly organized and results-oriented leader will initiate, develop, and manage critical ONE CARE programs in order to ensure the highest quality of service delivery, in alignment with key performance indicators. Additionally, this position will lead the development of new, innovative initiatives/programs designed to enhance client transitions with other key partners and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
Working collaboratively with key members of the Leadership Team, the Manager, Operations - Community Support Programs will focus on the quality of all existing programs and opportunities for development. This passionate leader will take a creative and proactive approach to managing and navigating through the ever-changing needs of community healthcare, with a visionary focus on the development of future services.
The successful candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Business, Nursing, Social Services, or a related field coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an engaging, adaptable, and inspirational healthcare leader. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess dynamic communication and proven program management skills to coordinate with key healthcare stakeholders, as ONE CARE engages in system change and deals with the significant impacts of COVID-19. This resourceful leader will also have experience with client support software, databases, report management, and support administration tools.
