Administrative Assistant - Marketing
Corporate Office – London, ON
An experienced individual is required to provide administrative assistance and support to the Marketing Coordinator and General Manager. In this full-time role, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide administrative support to corporate promotional activities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to create, update and source materials (print/electronic/multimedia/marketing pieces including brochures, flyers, invites, resource materials, internal and clinical forms, advertising)
- Support communications and logistics for events, tradeshows, mailings and related activities via telephone and email
- Process marketing and promotional material orders for branch locations
- Edit the content of print materials and arrange for printing
- Monthly entry of promotional material invoices into Great Plains
- Monitor marketing inventory and perform regular inventory counts
- Assemble vehicle, shipping & MSDS binders, communication materials and marketing packages as required
- Maintain front reception area, receive visitors, direct general phone inquiries
- Facilitate meeting arrangements as required on and offsite
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team as required
The preferred candidate has:
- Education in Business Communications, Marketing Administration and/or Office Administration preferred
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Great Plains or other accounting software preferred
- Familiar with scanning and document creation utilizing complex copiers and scanner technology
- High level of motivation and ability to work within prescribed deadlines, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Professional demeanor, highly organized with excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven time management skills
- Experience in a multi-location environment
