The Health and Wellness Manager, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, will be responsible for the health, safety, and wellbeing of all employees within the organization. This position will develop programs and initiatives to improve the overall safety and effectiveness within the plant.
The Health and Wellness Manager will identify company training needs to coordinate and deploy the necessary training modules, develop health, safety, and wellness goals, as well as support teams to implement engineering controls to minimize hazards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a safety science/engineering with a Master’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in health and safety from within a manufacturing environment
- Certified safety professional (CSP)
- Knowledge of chemical manufacturing operations an asset
