Customer Service Representative
We provide credit card and term loan products to customers across Canada – and we’re growing quickly. Because we help people who may have difficulty getting credit from traditional financial institutions, there is a huge demand for our services. We have ambitious plans, and we’re looking for highly skilled, highly motivated people who want a dynamic environment in which they can make a real difference.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Taking inbound calls from potential customers and helping them through the credit application process
- Placing outbound calls or emails to inform customers on the status of their applications, and to answer any questions or concerns they might have
- Providing information and counsel to potential and existing customers about their current credit status and the best mix of our products to meet their individual needs
- Maintaining the appropriate records and documentation through our database management systems
- Working with the other members of our Customer Service team to achieve our sales goals
- Minimum 1 year of customer service / sales experience, with previous credit experience preferred
- Strong telephone sales skills
- Ability to understand customer needs, and offer appropriate options and solutions
- Comfortable in fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Flexibility with shifts, 8 am to 10 pm, Monday – Saturday (no Sundays required)
- Ability to pass police background check and credit check
