• We provide hands-on, in-depth training to all of our new hires. We want to set you up for success and see you thrive when you join the team.
• We offer a competitive hourly wage plus a lucrative commission structure and no cap on earnings.
• Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – that’s it, no shift work and no weekends!

The Role and Requirements
 
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative you will be required to:
 

• Make a high daily volume of cold and warm-lead calls; connecting with business owners and C-level executives in order to facilitate web-hosted sales presentations;
• Follow a proven sales process (scripted sales approach); and
• Achieve daily and monthly metrics and revenue objectives.

 
Our ideal candidate possesses the following:
 

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or a combination of education and relevant experience. 
• 1-2 years’ inside sales experience or experience in another related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both English and French.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, secure business and maximize penetration of assigned accounts.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a top performer.
• Demonstrated excellence at qualifying opportunities and facilitating meaningful and targeted conversations with C-level executives.
• Willingness to learn and consistently follow a well-defined sales process.
