Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable (8-10 weeks) to join our team in London Ontario.

We are the Canadian division of 4Front Entrematic®, a global leader in the design and manufacture of safety, productivity and environmental control products for warehousing, manufacturing, retail and distribution center customers. As the largest manufacturer of loading dock and warehouse equipment, Dock Products Canada handles loading dock needs from start to finish, with a comprehensive network of factory direct offices that sell, distribute, install and service products across Canada.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare invoices for data entry (e.g. vendoring, coding, verifying prices and quantities received, after invoice audit, enter invoice into JDE)
  • Preparing month-end accruals, RNV reconciliations
  • Handling supplier inquiries
  • Preparing cheque runs and release of cheques
  • Reconciling vendor statements
  • Manage paperless system - Laserfiche 
  • Promote the company’s operational visions, values, and goals
  • Participation in training or other team activities to support ongoing continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, or his/her designate.
  • Reasonable changes could be made to duties when required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Ability to adapt and maintain performance in changing work environment
  • Effective interpersonal / communication skills required
  • JDE experience
  • Keyboard skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft excel
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict, foster good team and inter-department relations
  • Grade 12 high school diploma
