Talentcor London is currently recruiting for our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector for a Marketing Supervisor/ Marketing Communications for their Health Care group, supporting its Infection Prevention Division.  This position is a one year contract with a salary of $30.00 per hour and located in London ON. Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will focus on developing the marketing plans for critical portfolios in the Infection Prevention Division and leading all marketing programs from concept to execution.  The candidate will be responsible for meeting sales forecast targets, and managing the portfolio's budget. The candidate will work closely with the Professional Services manager to develop KOL strategies, education programs, and clinical initiatives.  The candidate will also work closely with the contracts department to respond to contract opportunities, including pricing strategies.  Additional responsibilities will include new product introductions, source of supply management, development of marketing and sales tools, trade show planning, and providing direction or training to the sales force on marketing strategies.
  Basic Minimum Requirements:

• A University degree is required for this position, in Business or Marketing
• Previous experience in marketing  or business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Previous experience in the health care industry preferred
   Other Qualifications:
• Candidates must have strong self-motivation and time management ability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Ability to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Track record of success in growing a product category
• Demonstrated ability to develop a strategic marketing plan

 
Salary:
$30.00 per hour
