Job Description

StarTech.com is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Bilingual French, German, Italian, or Spanish) to join our Customer Service & Support team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Advisory, the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing consultative customer service support and advice to StarTech.com resellers and end-users via phone, email and live chat in both English and French. Hours for this role are between 5am-9pm Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and the aptitude and initiative to learn about our products.
