Bachelor of Science Degree, Mechanical Engineering or College Diploma Engineering Technology from an accredited University/College
Self-starter with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with various software packages including, CATIA v5, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Office Suite of products preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing Engineering support to the Sr. Designers as outlined in the Job Responsibilities below.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical and administrative support to Program Management and Sr. Designer Functions
- Generate 2D sub-assembly, component, and assemblies from 3D models using CATIA V5, AUTOCAD 2014 Design Software
- Organize and conduct cross-functional meetings for review and feedback of Drawings
- Entry and control of Engineering documents using electronic approval process
- Prepare engineering coordination memos and submission to Customers
- Maintain and revise customer program tracking documents as required
- Development of Acceptance Test Plans (ATP)
- Design of ATP fixturing including coordination of manufacturing with internal tool shop
- Required to utilize Microsoft suite of software products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Work with Process Engineering, Tooling Developers, Quality Assurance, Marketing/Sales and Maintenance Departments
- Participation in continuous improvement events as required
- Conduct special projects, assignments and tasks as defined by Sr. Designers and Program Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
