JOB DESCRIPTION:

An exciting opportunity has opened up within our operations department and we are seeking an energetic and detail oriented person to fill this new position. As a Mayne data analyst you will be responsible for all facets of our inventory management and report directly to our operations manager. This involves ongoing communications with our sales team, suppliers, and customers. You will become our “numbers” person and have a strong understanding of our inventory planning and forecasting systems. While we seek someone with experience in inventory management, on the job training can be provided for the right candidate.

  • Advanced skills in Excel (we use the Office 365 platform)
  • Some familiarity with databases (database creation skills are a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inventory management using our cloud based software (Netsuite)
  • Production and capacity monitoring using our Excel spreadsheets and tables
  • Work with the sales team on all forecasted needs
  • Upload inventory data feeds for our drop ship retailers
  • Communicate with our customers and their inventory planning departments
  • Monitor the inventory build in preparation for spring volume
  • Run sales trend reports and share results with the sales team
  • Coordination of custom production runs
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Prepare purchase orders for domestic and off shore suppliers
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports
