Job Description

PART-TIME ADMIN ASSISTANTS NEEDED
Key responsibilities:
  • Be friendly and welcoming to walk-ins
  • Provide administrative support to supervisors and managers on site
  • Perform data entry in database and maintain accuracy of information
  • Coordinate eventual inventory transfer among different sites
  • Provide clerical support as needed
  • Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies as needed
  • Run routine reports, prepare statistic reports, file documents and perform other record keeping activities as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary studies in administrative related area (at least 1 year)
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Great customer service skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work well as part of a team
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Prior experience in supporting a team or manager(s)
  • Ability to work flexible hours: day shifts, evening shifts or weekend
  • French or other languages are highly desired and considered an asset
  • Health care admin previous experience or studies are considered an asset

Note: all candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to report to different sites 
Wages: CAD$22/hour
