Strategic Role
TLS is an expanding customer relationship management company specializing in inbound customer support for North American brands in the residential home services industry. Located in London, Ontario the company has operated since 1996 and employs 100 people.
The Operations Supervisor will support the growth of call centre projects for the company through the development of a strong team, to build and implement process improvements and deliver unsurpassed quality to our clients.
The candidate will work on seasoned and new accounts reporting directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for providing day to day direction and coaching to a team of 20-25 agents. There is a requirement to work both days and evenings.
You will work with an accomplished management team, maintain and grow new and existing client relationships and impact operating efficiency.
Presently you possess a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a call centre and/or customer service focused organization. You are capable of nurturing a team and attaining goals in a performance based culture. You have strong communication skills and comfortably work with all levels of an organization from the board room to the front line. You are skilled at establishing and maintaining meaningful working relationships and can adapt to changing priorities while working well under pressure.
