We are seeking reliable, energetic professionals to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service in the dynamic roadside assistance industry.

What can you expect in this role?
- Respond to incoming roadside assistance requests
- Gather service request and location details from members
- Input necessary information in system
- Dispatch tow vendor to member
- Answer product and service questions from members
- Flexibility to work from home
- Continuous support and training
- Two weeks of paid training onsite before working remotely
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent reliability
- Evening and/or weekend availability
- Strong customer skills (willingness to be patient)
- Comfortable with basic data entry
- Comfortable navigating multiple applications on a computer screen
Salary: $14.25 per hour
