Job description:

Completing various graffiti removal jobs

Power washing

Usage of high-powered cleaning machines

Outdoor work

Other duties may include, but are not limited to:

Full cleaning and disinfecting of washrooms

Full cleaning of building including: hallways, offices, common areas and entrance ways

Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors

Dusting furniture and fixtures

Emptying garbage and recycling receptacles; pick up debris

Job Requirements:

Driver's License required

Reliable and professional attitude

Experience with floor machines (auto scrubbers and swing machines)

Proven track record with attendance and punctuality

Previous cleaning experience

Self-starter and person who shows initiative

Attention to detail

First aid and CPR is an asset

WHMIS knowledge is an asset

Must have clear criminal recor

Current criminal record check would be considered an asset

Wage $12.00/hr

Availability Required: Day/Evenings/Night/Weekends
