People Store is pleased to offer Automotive Production opportunities at Brose manufacturing products that deliver first-class performance. Successful candidates will have a keen eye for detail, be able to keep pace in a rapid manufacturing setting and understand the importance of meeting production timelines.
 
Responsibilities:

• General Assembly (production operations) as per Standard Work Instructions
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other
• Clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together
• Works at various work stations to ensure knowledge is obtained on all stations
• Adheres to Brose Canada Quality Policy and the People Store Quality Assurance Program
• Adheres to all WSIB and WHMIS regulations and all relevant HS&E standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of automotive manufacturing experience, or similar industry
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs continuously throughout the day
• Proven record of positive attendance
• Ability to work rotating shifts of days and afternoons
• or Straight midnights
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal record clearance
• Successful completion of Worker Awareness 4 steps
• Own Transportation as these positions are NOT on a bus route
• 9 Positions available ASAP
• Competitive pay of $13.50 plus production bonus
