POSITION:
We are seeking one individual to fill the following two consecutive terms.
HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT
Full-time Term position for the month of August, 2016
Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Transitioning into
HUMAN RESOURCES – SUPPLY STAFF PLACEMENT SUPERVISOR
Full-time Term position from September 06 to approximately November 18, 2016
As this term is connected to pregnancy/parental leaves, the end date is subject to change.
Hours of Work: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with occasional afternoons or evenings as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT

- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources and/or a CHRP designation
- SKILLS REQUIRED:The successful candidate will possess the following skills and traits:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- High energy, analytical and pro-active
- Organizational, administrative and interpersonal
- Oral and written communication
- Time management
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Effective presentation skills
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the Human Resources team as required
- Coordinate and maintain an efficient supply staffing process
- Performance Management
- Coordinate and present Orientations and Support Sessions
