Job Description
On behalf of our client in London, Ontario, we are currently recruiting for a Dental Assistant on a permanent basis.
Duties (may include and not limited to):
- Create rapport with patients and team as well as constantly providing excellent customer service
- Assist to the Dentist, educate and communicate effectively with patients, families and other team members
- Promote quality, comfortable dental care for patients
- Maintain equipment and inventory while ensuring proper infection control and x-ray safety
- Directly contribute to the success of the office by providing efficient technical assistance, supplies, equipment and environment necessary
- Dental Assisting Certificate – Level II
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
- AbelDent knowledge considered an asset
- Exceptional communication skills
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment and willingness to learn new processes and take on additional tasks
- Positive, enthusiastic outlook
- Self-starter, highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Compensation: $16 - $20/hour depending on candidate experience
