Job Description


Talbot Marketing/Novack’s Uniform Solutions is seeking a results driven Uniform Account Manager to manage an existing account base in addition to seeking out new customer prospects.  You will be able to provide industry specific solutions for every customer in order to boost time line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach potential customers through cold calling, networking and referrals
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members in other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activity and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices
  • Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in the Uniform Industry
  • Familiar with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills are a must
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs
  • Coordinate, organize and manage customer fittings as required
  • Exhibit at Industry specific tradeshows and/or attend events
  • Travel across Ontario to customer base
