Job Description
Libro Credit Union has an opening for a Wealth Advisor in partnership with Credential Financial Strategies Inc. who will work in the Huron/Perth and Kitchener/Waterloo area.
Credential Financial Strategies is a wealth management program that focuses on insurance, investments, and other financial products and services. This key sales position focuses on activities related to the profitable attraction, maintenance and coaching of Customer/Owners requiring wealth management and insurance products and services. This role will work with members of the Libro wealth sales teams to ensure all opportunities are identified and to build a full financial relationship with Customer/Owners.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary diploma or degree and will have completed the CSC and the Conduct and Practice Handbook. A Level 1 Life License is required and a Level II Life License would be an asset. The ideal candidate will have or be willing to obtain the IIROC license. Completion of a financial planning program and/or insurance designation is preferred (CFP, CLU, ChFC). The successful candidate will have the ability to support effective sales management practices and possess strong analytical, interpersonal, problem resolution and communication skills both written and verbal.
Job Location: Huron/Perth area or the Kitchener/Waterloo area.
