Agilus  is currently recruiting for a Licensed Industrial Electrician 

Agilus is currently sourcing an Industrial Electrician in the Woodstock area.   The successful candidate will be accountable for the electrical maintenance and overall performance of the production process.  This would require the candidate to conduct various job duties such as: daily preventative maintenance, emergency troubleshoot /repair work, electrical hook ups of new machinery, PLC's and robotics. This is a full time permanent position located in Woodstock, ON.



Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge in various areas such as PLC’s, CNC Machining operations and Welding operations


•  Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, and Fanuc Robotics


• Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls within the plant to ensure the ongoing and reliable operation of plant equipment and systems


• Contribute to the development of a preventive maintenance program, calibration activities, and replacement or repair of defective parts, component or system performance testing


• This position requires excellent communication, negotiating, team orientation and problem solving skills.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment as needed

Qualifications: 

• Must have proof of Industrial Electrician Certificate (442A)  OR


• (309A) with minimum 2 years’ industrial experience with PLC's and work equivalency


• Ability to work shift work


• Ability to work overtime
