On behalf of our client we are looking to identify a Tool Room Supervisor to oversee up to 40 shift personnel. You will ensure that the maintenance and upkeep of the Press Dies is of the highest standard.  This will require strong leadership and demonstrable experience in a related role.  

Responsibilities Include:

•           Manpower planning, scheduling and training

•           Work closely with production and maintenance to coordinate work

•           Drive continuous improvement activities

•           Provide management support to staff

•           Provide direction on H&S, employee relations and team ethos

•           Provide documentation where needed and assist with budget

•           Adhere to corporate guidelines

Key Qualifications:

•           Relevant technical qualification, ideally 2 year course

•           Minimum of 3 years related experience in a supervisory role, ideally in automotive manufacturing

•           Expertise on the maintenance of dies

•           Solid time management, leadership and presentation skills

•           Commitment to Team ethic
