Commissioned Salesperson - London, Ontario

A commissioned sales position with Tepperman’s is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are truly entrepreneurial and motivated to earn a competitive income without the structure of a typical salaried position. We are looking for a goal-oriented person with exceptional selling capabilities to take on this exciting and dynamic opportunity.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Following a directional selling strategy
  • Maintaining the company business standards related to your role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record exemplifying:

  • Consistent achievement of company and personal goals for sales and key performance measures
  • A drive to maximize your earnings potential in a fast paced commission sales environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and organizational aptitude
  • Initiative and the ability to problem solve
  • Energy and a consistently positive attitude
  • Availability to work a full-time retail rotation schedule which includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts as well as peak periods such as March Anniversary and Boxing Week
