Canada Summer jobs
The London Sharks Volleyball Club is a not for profit organization training youth in the game of volleyball through developmental programs and competitive teams. This summer, the organization is looking to hire 4 youth between the ages of 16-29 years old under the Canada Summer Jobs grant program. Those hired must be returning to school on a full time basis on September 2017.
The students will work 40 hours a week for 16 weeks starting May 8th, 2017. Job offers are subject to government approval of grant applications.

Communications and Policies Officer
- Develop strong social media strategic plan
- Manage all social media communications
- Create marketing materials for summer camps and developmental programs
- Strengthen club’s policies and procedures manual
- Establish framework for club accreditation process with Volleyball Canada
- Customer service while at the facility
- Serve as convenor for fundraising tournaments and other programs at the facility
- Assist in the overall cleanliness and basic maintenance of the facility
- Assist at the summer camps as required
