Our B&B London office located at 1950 Oxford Street East (near Clarke Road) is seeking a knowledgeable, talented, and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales environment.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager and working with a team of 6 people, the successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer service levels and revenue growth objectives.

Branch sales counter hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)

Position Requirements

• Solid HVAC/R heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration background, including Gasfitter certification.
• Ability to execute in a high-volume call environment, with high accuracy
• Friendly and professional interaction with customers (at the counter, by telephone, by e-mail, and by fax)
• Use computer technology to process orders
• Continuous learning
• Valid "G" Driver's licence

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in residential/commercial HVAC/R. This experience may have been in a similar inside sales role, or doing an industry technician role with a service/sales component. 
• Solid training and knowledge in HVAC/R while at the same time, being receptive to learning new technologies and concepts
• Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to establish rapport
• Superb customer service (responsive, accurate, friendly and intuitive)
• Proven inside sales experience an asset
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, often with other distractions
• Excellent communications skills (listen, verbal, written)
• Keyboarding and computer skills in both a Windows and non-Windows environment
• Organization skills -- ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time well
